Agreement and eligibility
By using Starborn Baby, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. The service is currently intended for customers in the United States.
Personalized artwork
You are responsible for reviewing the spelling, date, time, birthplace, layout, colors, labels, and product selection shown before checkout. Artwork is generated from the information you submit. If you use a future due date, unknown birth time, or manually entered location, you understand that the result reflects that provisional or less precise information. A later change to birth details requires a new design and may require a new order.
Astronomy and artistic interpretation
Birth Sky artwork uses astronomical catalog data and a versioned rendering process for the submitted place and moment. It is decorative artwork, not a scientific instrument, navigational chart, astrological reading, or guarantee that every naked-eye object is represented. Design choices such as projection, scale, density, labels, colors, and constellation lines are artistic.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout, and physical products currently include standard U.S. shipping in the displayed product price. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may reject or cancel an order for payment problems, suspected fraud, technical errors, unavailable production, invalid addresses, or unlawful content. A binding order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order enters fulfillment.
Production and delivery
Physical products are made by a third-party print partner and delivered by third-party carriers. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and promptly contacting us if an address is wrong.
Final-sale custom products
Personalized products and delivered digital files are final sale and non-refundable because they are created specifically from your submitted information and design choices. This does not limit remedies available under applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, follow the process in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Your content and our property
You retain rights in names, text, and other content you submit. You grant Starborn Baby and its production providers a limited license to use that content only to create, fulfill, support, and document your order. The website, branding, layouts, software, and original artwork systems remain the property of Starborn Baby or their licensors. Purchased artwork is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, probe its security, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or infringing content, automate abusive requests, resell unauthorized copies, or attempt to access another customer’s order or artwork.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Starborn Baby is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any non-waivable consumer rights. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to hello@starbornbaby.com.
