Where we ship
Starborn Baby currently ships physical products only to valid addresses in the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed price of physical products. Digital products do not require shipping.
Production and delivery timing
Each physical piece is produced after payment from the approved personalized design. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may change due to production capacity, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available.
Address changes
Review the shipping address carefully during checkout. Email hello@starbornbaby.com immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production.
Custom products are final sale
All physical prints, framed artwork, and digital downloads are personalized and made specifically for one customer. They are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable for preference changes, customer-entered spelling or birth-detail errors, color or option choices approved at checkout, or a change of mind. This final-sale policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the product you approved, email hello@starbornbaby.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and the shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate remedy—normally a replacement—at no additional cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or shows delivery you cannot locate, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first, then email us with your order number. We will help investigate and determine the appropriate next step based on the carrier and fulfillment record.
